1. Contact & Booking

Reach out to us via any of our social platforms — Facebook Messenger, Zalo, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, or WeChat. Let us know your preferred bike, rental dates, and pickup location. We respond quickly in Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.

2. Quick Verification

For security purposes, please send us a clear photo of your ID card, passport, or any valid personal document. We do NOT keep your original documents — only a digital copy for records. Your privacy and security are our top priority.

3. Receive Your Bike

We'll deliver your bike for free within 3 km of our shop. For farther locations, a small delivery fee applies. Our team will walk you through the bike's features, charging, and battery swap process so you're fully prepared for your trip.

4. Enjoy Your Ride

Explore Da Nang at your own pace! Visit My Khe Beach, cruise along the Han River, take a trip to Hoi An, or head to Ba Na Hills. Each bike has up to 120 km range per charge, and free battery swap is available anytime.
